摘要
教育部出台的《全国职业院校技能大赛三年规划(2013-2015年)》,是我国教育制度的一项重大创新,形成了"普通教育有高考,职业教育有技能大赛"的局面。各高职院校对职业技能竞赛都非常重视,参赛学生选拔与训练机制成为校重点研究的课题。对于如何选拔参赛学生并形成选拔机制,以黄冈职业技术学院为例,从训练体系、选拔方法、注意事项等几个方面对其进行了探讨。
Ministry of Education published the document Plan of Skills Competitions for National Vocational Colleges in Three Years（2013-2015）in 2013, which was a vital creation in our national educational system, and shaped the situation of“General ed-ucation comes with college entrance examination, vocational education comes with skill competition”. Every vocational college pays close attention to vocational skill competition. The important research topic among vocational colleges focuses on how to select students for competition and mechanism of training. This paper takes HuangGang Polytechnic College as an example, and investi-gates mechanism of selecting students for competition from the aspects among training system, methods of selecting talents, and i-tems should be paid attention to.
