摘要
目的分析高职院校学生幸福感指数特征以及其与健康促进生活方式的相关性,为学校针对性地干预学生不良生活方式以及提高学生幸福感提供依据。方法2020年末,以江苏卫生健康职业学院930名在校学生作为研究对象,使用学生一般情况调查表、幸福感指数量表以及健康促进生活方式量表进行问卷调查。结果研究对象主观幸福感平均得分是(11.23±3.23)分;不同年级、居住状况学生幸福感得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而男生幸福感得分显著低于女生(P<0.05)。健康促进生活方式总分为(137.11±27.08)分;健康促进生活方式中的6个维度(人际关系、体育运动、健康责任、营养、精神成长、压力管理)与幸福感得分之间均有显著的正相关性(均P<0.05)。结论高职院校学生主观幸福感较高,健康促进生活方式6个维度均为幸福感指数的促进因素。
Objective To analyze the correlation between well-being index and health-promoting lifestyle in students of vocational colleges,so as to provide a basis for the improvement of students'well-being index by changing the lifestyle.Methods Questionnaires of Students'General Situation,Index of Well-Being and Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile(profile-Ⅱ,HPLP-Ⅱ)were applied in 930 students from Jiangsu Health Vocational College at the end of 2020.Data analysis and statistical processing were performed.Results The average score of well-being index was(11.23±3.23)points.There was no significant difference in well-being scores between the students from different grade or with different living conditions(P>0.05).The scores of male students were significantly lower than those of female students(P<0.05).The total score of health promoting lifestyle was(137.11±27.08).There was a significant positive correlation between the six dimensions of health-promoting lifestyle and the score of well-being(P<0.05).Conclusions The subjective well-being of vocational college students is high.And the six dimensions of health-promoting lifestyle are the protective factors for the improvement of well-being.
