摘要
目的探讨静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)患者生活质量的影响因素。方法收集2019年6月至2020年6月四川大学华西医院收治的151例VTE患者临床资料,采用多元线性逐步回归分析影响VTE患者生活质量的影响因素。结果151例VTE患者生活质量得分为(74.18±8.44)分,多元线性逐步回归分析显示,合并不良情绪、血栓后综合征(PTS)程度越高和不规律运动是患者生活质量下降的预测因素(P<0.05)。结论VTE患者生活质量较差,合并不良情绪及PTS程度越高患者生活质量更差,规律运动有利于提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the quality of life(QOL)in patients with venous thrombus embolism(VTE).Method A total of 151 VTE patients admitted in West China Hospital,Sichuan University from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and multivariable linear regression was used to identify the influencing factors of QOL.Result The score of the VTE patient was(74.18±8.44),and multivariable linear regression showed that negative emotion,higher degree of post thrombotic syndrome(PTS),and irregular exercise were predictive factors for decreased QOL.Conclusion Patients with VTE have poor quality of life,and patients with negative emotion and higher degree of PTS have worse QOL,for which regular exercise is good to improve the QOL.
