摘要
法律实践能力培养是法学教育的核心内容,法学教育的主要目标是培养应用型法律人才。法律实践能力包括沟通与表达、专业写作、法律适用、法律业务等能力。应用型法律人才的培养必须围绕法律实践能力的培养对法学课程进行改革和重构。以培养法律实践能力为中心的法学课程分为理论类课程、实务类课程和实践类课程。不同类型的课程其教学内容、教学方法和教学任务尽管各不相同,但共同承担着法律实践能力培养的任务。
The cultivation of legal practical ability is the core content of the law education.The main goal of law education is to train applied legal talents.Legal practical skills include communication and expression,legal writing,legal application,and legal affair skills.The law curriculum must be reformed around training of the legal practice abilities.The law curriculum centered on training legal practice abilities are divided into theoretical courses,practical courses and operation courses.The teaching contents,methods and tasks are different in each course,but they share the task of training legal practical abilities.
