摘要
目的:分析滑肠通便片联合健胃益肠宁治疗慢性传输型便秘(slow transit constipation,STC)的临床效果。方法:本文为回顾性研究,将接受滑肠通便片联合健胃益肠宁治疗的30例患者设为观察组,将接受乳果糖治疗的30例患者设为对照组。比较两组临床疗效、症状积分、不良反应及复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的90.00%,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为3.57%(1/28),低于对照组的33.33%(9/27),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.4732,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滑肠通便片联合健胃异肠宁治疗STC,可显著改善患者症状,高效且安全。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Huachang Tongbian Tablets combined with Jianwei Yichangning in the treatment of slow transit constipation(STC).Method:This was a retrospective study.30 patients treated with Huachang Tongbian Tablets combined with Jianwei Yichangning were set as the observation group,and 30 patients treated with Lactulose were set as the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptoms score,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 90.00%of the control group,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptoms score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptoms score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.57%(1/28),which was lower than 33.33%(9/27)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ;=7.4732,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 40.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huachang Tongbian Tablets combined with Jianwei Yichangning in the treatment of STC can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,with high efficiency and safety.
