摘要
中医药治疗胆石症对于小结石及手术残石具有明显优势。邱健行认为,胆石症的主要成因不离肝胆气郁、中焦湿热,病位在肝、胆,与脾相关,病性虚实夹杂,气滞、湿热是其重要致病因素,治疗当以疏肝利胆、清热祛湿、通腑下石为大法,早期祛邪为主,后期扶正祛邪并重。自拟四逆通腑排石汤(柴胡、郁金、金钱草、怀牛膝、虎杖、肉苁蓉等),随证化裁,精准施治,同时指导调护,屡收良效。
Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of cholelithiasis with small stones and residual stones.Professor Qiu Jianxing believes that the main causes of cholelithiasis are the qi stagnation of liver and gallbladder,dampness-heat in the middle jiao.Though the disease is located in the liver and gallbladder,it is also related to the spleen.The disease is characterized by the intermingled defi ciency and excess,and qi stagnation and dampness-heat are its critical pathogenic factors.Cholelithiasis should be mainly treated by dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile fl ow,clearing heat and removing dampness,catharsis for expelling stones.The main method is to eliminate the pathogens in the early stage,and pay equal attention to strengthening vital qi and eliminating pathogenic factors in the later stage.His self-made Sini Tongfu Paishi Decoction(Chinese thorowax root,turmeric root tuber,christina loosestrife,twotoothed achyranthes root,giant knotweed rhizome,desertliving cistanche,etc.)is flexibly modifi ed according to the varying syndromes for a precise treatment,combined with a guidance on reasonable health preservation and nursing,which can achieve signifi cant eff ects frequently in clinic.
