摘要
教学质量是高校生存与发展的基本保障。对应用型本科高校教学来说,教学督导具有非常重要的作用,做好教学督导工作,能够使教学质量和教学水平大幅度提升,为现代社会培育出更多的优质人才。概述教学督导,明确教学督导的职能,分析应用型本科高校教学督导工作存在的问题,并提出具体的工作实践路径,可供高校参考。
Teaching quality is the basic guarantee for the survival and development of universities.For the teaching of application-oriented universities,it plays a very important role.Doing a good job of teaching supervision can greatly improve teaching quality and teaching level,and cultivate more high-quality talents for modern society.By summarizing the idea of teaching supervision,clarifying the functions of teaching supervision,and analyzing the problems found in the teaching supervision of application-oriented universities,some specific practical paths of working were proposed as reference for universities.
