摘要
以汽车运用与维修专业“1+X”证书制度改革为研究对象,与“三教”改革融合配套,构建“1+X”证书制度试点工作与“三教”改革互促共生的有效机制,探索出“三四三”人才培养模式、“五化”教材体系、“一线两化”教学方法,通过创新队伍建设机制、校企合作路径、教学培训方式,实践研究该机制在育人质量、教学能力以及专业内涵发展方面效果显著。
Taking the“1+X”certificate system reform of automobile application and maintenance major as the research object,the paper gives some suggestions about“1+X”certificate system reform of integrating the reform of“teacher,teaching materials and teaching methods”:an effective mechanismis built for the mutual promotion between the“1+X”certificate system pilot work and the reform of“teacher,teaching materials and teaching methods”;the talents training mode of“making use of three improving platform and four training channels,and training three categories of teachers”,the“structured,modularized,flexible,restructured and three-dimensional”textbook system and methods of“streamlined workstation implementation,and scientific classroom teaching and processed-oriented practical training teaching”are explored;the team construction mechanism,school-enterprise cooperation and methods of teaching and training are innovated.The study indicates that this mechanism has significantly improved the quality of education,teaching ability and professional connotation development.
