摘要
目的探讨慢性肾衰竭治疗中前列地尔与羟苯磺酸钙治疗的疗效。方法选择2019年2月至2020年2月我院收治的66例慢性肾衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各33例。对照组采用羟苯磺酸钙治疗,观察组加用前列地尔治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93.94%,对照组为69.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前组间24 h尿蛋白、BUN、Ccr、UA比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后24 h尿蛋白、BUN、Ccr、UA依次为(1.17±0.23)g、(10.11±3.28)mmol/L、(35.73±7.62)mL/min、(410.29±100.94)mg/d,对照组为(1.98±0.32)g、(15.20±3.21)mmol/L、(28.74±4.85)mL/min、(467.04±102.53)mg/d,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾衰竭应用前列地尔联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗,可提高疗效,更好地改善相关指标,值得应用。
Objective To explore the curative effect analysis of alprostadil and calcium dobesilate in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 66 patients with chronic renal failure who were admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 33 patients in each group.The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate and the observation group was treated with alprostadil.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.94%,and that of the control group was 69.70%,and the difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant differences were observed in the 24 h urinary protein,BUN,Ccr and UA between the groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24 h urinary protein,BUN,Ccr and UA in the observation group were(1.17±0.23)g,(10.11±3.28)mmol/L,(35.73±7.62)mL/min,(410.29±100.94)mg/d,respectively,where as those in the control group were(1.98±0.32)g,(15.20±3.21)mmol/L,(28.74±4.85)mL/min,(467.04±102.53)mg/d,and the differences between groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of alprostadil combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of chronic renal failure can improve the curative effect and improve the related indexes better,which is worthy of application.
