摘要
目的分析对慢性肾功能不全患者使用羟苯磺酸钙展开治疗的临床治疗效果。方法从我院选取2018年3月到2019年3月接受治疗的慢性肾衰患者100例为实验的研究对象,按照随机分组方式分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者接受一般综合治疗方式施行治疗,观察组采取羟苯磺酸钙药物展开治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率、肾功能指标及血清炎症因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗后肾功能指标及炎症因子水平均下降,观察组肾功能指标数据与对照组相比(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组炎症因子水平下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论对慢性肾功能不全患者使用羟苯磺酸钙治疗效果确切明显,可有效提高临床治疗效果、患者生活质量及工作能力,降低不良反应发生率、炎症反应,改善肾功能,适用于临床治疗大量的推广和使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of calcium dobesilate in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,100 patients with chronic renal failure who were treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to the way of random grouping,50 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with general comprehensive treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with calcium dobesilate.The clinical effect,incidence of adverse reactions,renal function indexes and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The level of renal function index and inflammatory factors in the observation group decreased after treatment,and the data of renal function index in the observation group was statistically significant compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group decreased more than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion calcium dobesilate is effective in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency.It can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,quality of life and work ability of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,inflammatory reactions,improve renal function,and is suitable for the promotion and use of clinical treatment.
