摘要
内置偏心转子式波浪能发电装置是一种新型的波浪能发电系统,采用全封闭式结构,具有可靠性高、使用寿命长等特点.本文提出了内置偏心转子式波浪能发电装置的海况自适应能量输出方案,能够根据海况特点自适应地调整偏心转子的偏心距,从而提高能量输出效率和稳定性.针对波浪能发电装置的整体水动力学特性和内部偏心转子的机构动力学特性,建立了一种基于ABAQUS-XFlow联合仿真的动力学耦合分析方法,研究了偏心转子质量、摩擦系数、波浪参数等因素对偏心转子动力学特性的影响,并利用原理样机实验分析了随机波浪激励下偏心转子的动力学特性.其中,偏心转子的运动性能间接反映了波浪能发电系统的功率输出特性.结果表明:偏心转子质量是影响动力学特性的敏感因素,对其运动特征的影响呈现出非单调性规律;而偏心转子的运动对偏心转子与中心轴之间的摩擦系数的敏感度较低,且摩擦系数对偏心转子运动特征的影响呈现出单调性规律;波浪能发电装置受到随机波浪激励后,在垂荡和纵摇方向的运动幅值较大,在其他方向上的运动幅值相对较小,偏心转子有较大概率保持沿单一方向转动,且转动较为平稳,预期能够稳定捕获波浪能.相关研究结论对内置偏心转子式波浪能发电装置的研发具有重要的借鉴意义.
The novel wave energy converter with an inner eccentric rotor is a totally enclosed structure,which is characterized by high reliability and long working life.The wave-condition-adaptive power-take-off scheme is pro-posed for the wave energy converter with the inner eccentric rotor.The scheme will change the eccentric distance adaptively according to the wave conditions and improve the energy output efficiency and stability.The research on the dynamics of wave energy converter with inner eccentric rotor involves two aspects,namely,the hydrodynamics of the entire equipment and the mechanism dynamics of the inner eccentric rotor.A coupling analysis method for hydrodynamics and mechanism dynamics based on ABAQUS and XFlow joint simulation model is established.The factors that influence the motion characteristics of the eccentric rotor,such as eccentric rotor mass,friction coefficient,and wave parameters,are analyzed.Moreover,the motion characteristics of the eccentric rotor under random wave conditions are experimentally analyzed using the principle prototype.The motion characteristics of the eccentric rotor could reflect the power output characteristics indirectly.Notably,the eccentric rotor mass is a sensitive factor that affects the motion characteristics of the eccentric rotor,and its influence is nonmonotonic.The motion characteristics of the eccentric rotor are less sensitive to the friction coefficient between the eccentric rotor and the central shaft,and the influence of the friction coefficient is monotonic.When excited by a random wave,the wave energy converter obtains a larger motion amplitude in the heaving and pitching directions than that in other directions.The eccentric rotor has a greater probability of keeping rotating in a single direction,and the rotational motion of eccentric rotor is relatively stable.Thus,the eccentric rotor can stably capture wave energy.This paper can be an im-portant reference for developing the wave energy converter with the inner eccentric rotor.
