摘要
为实现漂浮式波浪能液压转换装置小浪条件下间断发电,大浪条件下连续发电,提出一种利用液压系统自身压力作为判断是否发电,和执行主阀开、闭动作的液压自治控制器。该控制器主要由主蓄能器、空气弹簧、液压缸、一套执行阀和部分管路组成。详细描述控制器的组成与连接方式,分析其工作原理,介绍其具体的工作过程,并以实例说明设计过程中如何确定控制器的几个重要参数。对实型液压自治控制器进行试验,试验测得该控制器有较高的执行精度,完全可满足波浪能液压转换系统主油路开闭的控制,目前该控制器已应用到10kW漂浮鹰式波浪能装置的液压控制系统中,并稳定运行。
In order to realize intermittent generation of a hydraulic wave energy converter in small waves, and continuous generation in large waves, a kind of hydraulic controller which can automatically judge the stations and execute open or close actions of the main valve was put forward. The hydraulic control system is mainly composed of an accumulator for energy storage, a rubber air spring, a cylinder for measuring, some valves and pipeline. The device component and connection mode were described in detail, the motion process of hydraulic autonomous controller was analyzed, and the working principle of the hydraulic autonomous controller was introduced. And some examples were given to introduce how to determine the controller' s several important parameters. The hydraulic autonomous controller was studied in the test. The results show that the controller has higher performing precision, can satisfy the requirement of the wave energy conversion system, and the controller has been applied to hydraulic control system of the lOkW wave energy device.
