摘要
"三八钻"作为西南三线建设时期"铁姑娘"运动的伴生物,在20世纪60-90年代经历兴衰沉浮甚至遗忘。本文通过田野调查采写"三八钻"女工口述史,认为其身份认同是单位制家庭同质化的原生性记忆与"三八钻"业缘的建构性记忆交织的结果,该认同反映了女工群体与其他群体"内外有别"的身份塑造,既关乎女工劳动的集体记忆,更指涉对计划经济时代为性别分工施加政治神圣性的追忆。作为事件的"三八钻"已成过往,但"三八钻"女工及其他共和国工业群像作为族群政治动员力的潜质或不可遗忘。
As a companion of the"Iron Girls"movement during the construction of the Southwest Third-line,the"Women’s Drill Team"experienced ups and downs and even forgotten in the 1960s to 1990s.Based on female worker’s oral histories of the"Women’s Drill Team",this paper holds that their identity is the result of the interaction between homogeneity primordial memory of similarity family in the unit system and the constructive memory of the"Women’s Drill Team"occupational relationship,and this identity reflects the"internal and external"identity shaping of female workers and other groups,it is not only related to the collective memory of female workers’labor,but also refers to the recollection of the political sanctity imposed on the gender division of labor in the era of planned economy.The"Women’s Drill Team"has been past as a event,but female workers of the"Women’s Drill Team"and other workers as a group of political mobilization of the potential may can not be forgotten.
