摘要
目的创新管理模式,推动医院由规模扩张型向内涵质量型发展。方法通过明晰发展趋势、转换经营理念、优化资源配置,使医院展开规模与技术水平、医疗投入和健康需求相适应。结果适度规模、特色鲜明、质量为先,是医院步入优质、高效、低耗发展的必由之路。结论去规模化将成为趋势,质量建院的发展模式势在必行。
Objective To promote the hospital’s development from scale expansion type to connotation quality type through innovative management model. Methods By clarifying the development trend, changing the business philosophy, and optimizing the allocation of resources, the scale of the hospital’s expansion could be adapted to the technical level, medical investment and health needs. Results Appropriate scale, reasonable layout, distinctive features, and quality first were the only ways for hospitals to achieve the development of high-quality, high-efficiency, and low-consumption. Conclusion De-scaling will become a trend, and the development model of quality institutes is imperative.
