为在激烈地市场竞争中谋生存、求发展,一些医院开始重视医院的战略管理和平衡计分卡的应用。设计和应用平衡计分卡,目前,国内的医院尚普遍缺乏相关的知识和经验。本文从平衡计分卡的体系构建、指标设定等方面,详细阐述了医院实施平衡计分卡的方法体会,旨在为医院探索一种更为科学的管理模式和方法。
More and more hospital began to pay attention to the application of balance score card in hospital strategic management.The author elaborated the method to carry out balance record card from some aspects as the establishment of system,the setting of indexes to explore a more scientific management mode.
