摘要
2型糖尿病是目前临床发病率极高的慢性代谢性疾病,由遗传、饮食及环境等多种因素导致。随着饮食结构的变化及现代人生活条件的提升,该种疾病成为现代人健康的"隐性杀手",在临床有着极高的发病率。虽然疾病很少在短期内致命,但可由此引发并发症累及患者身体重要器官组织,使其生命安全受到威胁。因此,及时控制血糖是疾病治疗的关键。口服降糖药是控制血糖的常见治疗措施,随着临床对疾病关注力度的增大及科学技术的不断发展,各种安全有效的降糖药物层出不穷,大量研究证实,降糖药物通过影响肠道菌群丰度变化,减少代谢产物短链脂肪酸产生,使得血糖水平得以改善。且众多学者的研究中发现,2型糖尿病的发生、发展与肠道菌群的关系密切,通过治疗肠道菌群,对疾病的恢复起到重要作用,是降糖药物控制血糖的作用靶点,有助于2型糖尿病得到良好控制,减少各种并发症的发生。本文综述了降糖药物对肠道菌群影响的进展,为临床2型糖尿病的治疗提供思路。
Type 2 diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease with high clinical incidence rate. It is caused by many factors such as heredity, diet and environment. With the change of diet structure and the improvement of modern living conditions,the disease becomes the "hidden killer" of modern people’s health,and has a very high incidence rate in clinic. Although the disease is rarely fatal in a short period of time,it can lead to complications which relate to important organs and tissues of patients,threatening their life safety. Therefore,timely control of blood glucose is the key to the treatment of the disease. Oral hypoglycemic drugs are common treatment measures to control blood glucose. With the increase of clinical attention to diseases and the continuous development of science and technology,a variety of safe and effective hypoglycemic drugs are emerging continously. A large number of studies have confirmed that hypoglycemic drugs can improve the blood glucose level by affecting the abundance of intestinal flora and reducing the production of short chain fatty acids. And many scholars have found that the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes is closely related to the intestinal flora. Through the treatment of intestinal flora,it plays an important role in the recovery of the disease. It is the target of hypoglycemic drugs to control blood glucose,which helps to control well type 2 diabetes and reduce the occurrence of various complications. This article reviews the progress of hypoglycemic drugs on intestinal flora and provides ideas for clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
