摘要
目的:观察中药熏洗对痔疮术后患者疼痛和创面愈合的影响。方法:选取2017年5月至2020年5月120例痔疮术后患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各60例。对照组患者采用高锰酸钾坐浴,观察组患者采用中药熏洗。结果:观察组患者水肿消失、渗出物消失、创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前和治疗后第1d两组疼痛模拟评分量表(VAS)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后第3d、第5d、第7d观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组β-内啡肽含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后24h、48h两组β-内啡肽含量下降,观察组24h、48h血清β-内啡肽含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗明显促进痔疮术后患者创面愈合,降低疼痛程度和术后并发症发生率,可能与β-内啡肽含量增高有关。
Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on postoperative pain and wound healing for patients with hemorrhoids.Methods:120 patients with hemorrhoids from May 2017 to may 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a controlled group and an observation group,60 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with potassium permanganate hip bath,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.Results:The time of edema disappearance,exudate disappearance and wound healing in the observation group was shorter than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment and on the 1st day after treatment(P>0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the controlled group on the 3^(rd),5^(th) and 7^(th) day after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the content ofβ-endorphin between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The content ofβ-endorphin in the two groups decreased at 24 h and 48 h after operation,and the content of serumβ-endorphin in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group at 24 h and 48 h after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal fumigation can significantly promote wound healing,reduce the degree of pain and the incidence of postoperative complications,which may be related to the increase ofβ-endorphin content.
