摘要
目的探讨眼科护理管理中实施风险管理的具体方法及应用效果。方法于2019年1月—2020年12月选取该院眼科护理人员40名为研究对象。在2019年1—12月之间,该院眼科护理管理工作采用常规方法,从此阶段来院接受医治的患者中随机抽取200例作为调查对象,并将相关研究数据纳入对比组;在2020年1—12月之间,该院眼科护理管理工作采用风险管理方法,从此阶段来院接受医治的患者中随机抽取200例作为调查对象,并将相关研究数据纳入研究组。对比分析两组管理效果。结果与对比组护理管理质量评分结果相比,研究组显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对比组护理效果相比,研究组护理投诉率显著更低,其护理表扬率显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对比组不良事件发生率相比,研究组显著更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对比组患者总满意度相比,研究组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用风险管理可以改善眼科护理工作质量,提高患者满意度。
Objective To discuss the specific methods and application effects of risk management in eye care management.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,40 cases ophthalmology nurses of the hospital were selected.Between January and December 2019,the ophthalmology care management of the hospital adopted conventional methods.At this stage,200 patients who came to the hospital for treatment were randomly selected as survey subjects,and relevant research data were included in the comparison group;in January to December 2020,the ophthalmology care management of the hospital adopted risk management methods.200 patients who came to the hospital for treatment at this stage were randomly selected as survey subjects,and relevant research data were included in the study group.Compared and analyzed the management effects of the two groups.Results Compared with the comparison group's nursing management quality score results,the study group was higher,the the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the comparison group's nursing effect,the study group's nursing complaint rate was significantly lower,and its nursing praise rate was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the comparison group,the incidence of adverse events in the study group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the total satisfaction of patients in the comparison group,the study group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting risk management can improve the quality of eye care and improve patient care satisfaction.
