摘要
目的探讨护理安全在眼科护理管理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析该院眼科2016年2月—2017年7月接诊的1 800例患者的临床资料,根据其护理管理方式进行分组,定义接受常规护理管理的895例患者作为对照组,另外在此基础上实施护理安全的905例患者作为观察组,分析两组护理管理效果差异。结果观察组护理技术操作合格率、护理文书书写合格率、护理差错率、护理满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理安全在眼科护理管理中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the application effect of nursing safety in the nursing management in the department of ophthalmology.Methods 1800 cases of patients diagnosed in our hospital from February 2016 to July 2017 were selected and the clinical data were reviewed,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the nursing management method,895 cases of patients receiving the routine nursing management were the control group,besides,905 cases of patients with nursing safety on the basis of the routine nursing management were the observation group,and the difference in the nursing management effect was compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of nursing technology operation,qualified rate of nursing papers writing,nursing error rate and nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of nursing safety in the nursing management in the department of ophthalmology is obvious,which is worth clinical promotion.
