摘要
目的探析宫颈HPV感染患者接受重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗的临床应用效果。方法按随机数字表法对该科室在2018年1月—2021年3月收治的120例宫颈HPV感染患者实施分组,60例采取沙棘籽油栓治疗患者为对照组,60例采取重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗患者为观察组,检测两组诊治3、10 d后HR-HPV病毒载量差异,评估组间疗效差异,统计HPV转阴率,对比两组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)炎性因子水平。结果观察组诊治3、10 d后HR-HPV病毒载量(19.51±2.29)、(8.08±1.05),显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=28.513、34.466,P<0.05);观察组经诊治,患者总有效率(91.67%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.183,P<0.05);诊治3、10 d后,观察组HPV转阴率为86.67%、90.00%,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.232、6.508,P<0.05);观察组诊治后,患者IL-2(46.31±3.79)ng/L、IL-4(20.28±3.24)ng/L、IL-10(9.49±1.94)ng/L、IL-12(3.56±0.47)ng/L,相较之于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈HPV感染患者接受重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗,取得了理想的治疗效果,抗病毒作用显著,对细胞增殖具有抑制作用。
Objective To explore the clinical application of recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent capsules in patients with cervical HPV infection.Methods According to the random number table method,120 patients with cervical HPV infection admitted to the department in January 2018 and March 2021 were divided into groups.60 patients treated with seabuckthorn seed oil suppository were treated as control group,and 60 patients treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent capsule were treated as observation group.Detected the difference in HR-HPV viral load after 3 and 10 days of diagnosis and treatment,evaluated the difference in curative effect between groups,counted the rate of HPV conversion,and compared the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10),and interleukin-12(IL-12).Results The HR-HPV viral load(19.51±2.29)and(8.08±1.05)of the observation group after 3 and 10 days of diagnosis and treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(t=28.513,34.466,P<0.05);after diagnosis and treatment in the observation group,the total effective rate of patients was 91.67%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.183,P<0.05).After 3 and 10 d of diagnosis and treatment,the HPV negative rate of the observation group was 86.67%and 90.00%,which were better than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(χ^(2)=17.232,6.508,P<0.05).After diagnosis and treatment in the observation group,the patients IL-2(46.31±3.79)ng/L,IL-4(20.28±3.24)ng/L,IL-10(9.49±1.94)ng/L,IL-12(3.56±0.47)ng/L,compared with the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with cervical HPV infection received recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent capsules,and achieved ideal therapeutic effects,with significant antiviral effects and
