摘要
目的:探讨重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊在治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染中的应用效果。方法:2017年3月至2019年8月,将64例宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染患者作为研究目标,按照随机数表法分为对照组32例(采用甲硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗);观察组32例(采用重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗),对比两组患者的临床效果、不良反应、人乳头瘤病毒转阴情况以及生活质量。结果:对比两组患者临床治疗有效率差异显著(P<0.05)。对比两组患者不良反应发生率差异显著(P<0.05)。对照组患者人乳头瘤病毒转阴率为6 8.75%,明显低于观察组96.88%(P<0.05)。对比两组患者生活质量评分差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:通过对宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染患者采用重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗,能够减少不良反应的发生,提高其人乳头瘤病毒转阴率以及临床治疗效果,临床应用价值及临床推广较高。
Objective: To investigate the effect of recombinant human interferon α2B vaginal effervescent capsule in the treatment of cervical humanpapillomavirus(HPV)infection. Methods: From March 2017 to August 2019, 64 patients with cervical human papillomavirus infection were divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(32 cases)according to the random number table. The clinical effects, adverse reactions, negative transformation of human papillomavirus and life of the two groups were compared Quality. Results: There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). There was a significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05). The negative rate of HPV in the control group was 68.75%, significantly lower than that in the observation group(96.88%)(P<0.05). The difference of QOL between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: By using recombinant human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent capsule to treat patients with cervical HPV infection, it can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, improve the negative rate of HPV and clinical treatment effect, and has high clinical application value and clinical promotion.
