水热法原位合成β-AgVO_(3)/BiVO_(4)复合光催化剂及其催化性能 被引量:1

In-situ Synthesis and Catalytic Performances ofβ-AgVO_(3)/BiVO_(4) Composite Photocatalyst with Hydrothermal Method

摘要 以硝酸铋、偏钒酸铵、硝酸银等为主要原料,采用水热法原位合成β-AgVO_(3)/BiVO_(4)复合光催化剂。采用XRD、SEM、UV-Vis等检测技术,研究了Ag+添加量对合成光催化剂的组成和微观形貌的影响,以亚甲蓝溶液(10 mg/L)为模拟污染物,考察合成试样的光催化性能。结果表明:β-AgVO_(3)/BiVO_(4)的光吸收发生红移且具有较小带隙宽,当Ag+添加量为5 wt.%时,β-AgVO_(3)/BiVO_(4)具有最佳的光催化性能,在光照180 min时,对亚甲蓝溶液的降解率达92.1%,而BiVO_(4)对亚甲蓝溶液的降解率仅为73.5%。 AgVO_(3)/BiVO_(4)composite photocatalyst was in-situ synthesized by using hydrothermal method,with bismuth nitrate,ammonium metavanadate and silver nitrate as the main raw materials.The effect of Ag+on composition and microstructure of the catalyst was studied by using XRD,SEM and UV-Vis,etc.,while the photocatalytic activity of the samples was evaluated using methylene blue solution(10 mg/L)as the simulated pollutant.It was demonstrated that optical absorption edge of theβ-AgVO_(3)/BiVO_(4)had a slight red shift and narrowed band gap.Theβ-AgVO_(3)/BiVO_(4)exhibited the highest photocatalytic performance when the content of Ag+was 5 wt.%,with degradation rate of methylene blue solution to be 92.1%after illumination for 180 min.In comparison,the degradation rate of BiVO_(4)to methylene blue solution was only 73.5%.
