不同形貌BiVO4光催化剂的制备及其光催化性能 被引量:6

摘要 采用水热法,改变表面活性剂和溶剂制备了3种形貌的BiVO4;对制备的BiVO4光催化剂进行X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、漫反射光谱、荧光光致发光光谱等表征,以罗丹明B为目标污染物,使用氙灯模拟太阳光光源,评价了不同形貌的BiVO4的光催化性能。结果表明,药片状BiVO43 h内在全光谱和可见光下的降解率分别为100%和63%,立方体状BiVO4在全光谱和可见光下的降解率只有30%和19%,球状BiVO4在全光谱和可见光下的降解率为68%和29%。改变样品的形貌,增大样品的比表面积,可以显著提升光催化性能,药片状钒酸铋具有较好的光催化效果。 BiVO4 with three types of morphologies were prepared via hydrothermal method by choosing used surfactants and solvents.The prepared BiVO4 photocatalysts were characterized by X ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,diffuse reflectance spectroscopy,fluorescence photoluminescence and other technologies.The photocatalytic ability of BiVO4 with different morphologies was evaluated using a xenon lamp as a simulated sunlight source and RhB as the target pollutant.The results showed that the degradation efficiencies of RhB by flake-like BiVO4 under the full spectrum and visible light were 100%and 63%,respectively,while those by cube-like BiVO4 were 30%and 19%,and by spherical BiVO4 were 68%and 29%.The photocatalytic performance of BiVO4 could be improved by changing the morphology of the catalysts and increasing their specific surface areas.The photocatalytic performance of flake-like BiVO4 was confirmed to be more excellent.
