基于宽频正弦场空间电荷响应的陷阱评估 被引量:5

摘要 电介质内部的陷阱分布是影响空间电荷输运过程的关键因素,需要进行准确评估。该文通过检测0.1mHz~10kHz正弦场下有机玻璃标准试样的空间电荷响应,结合试样结晶度、红外光谱变化,提出了基于介质中空间电荷在宽频正弦场下动态响应的陷阱评估方法。结果表明:高频电场下试样表面侧积累有异极性电荷,低频电场下转为同极性电荷积累。0.1mHz~10kHz频带范围内,相均体电荷密度和复介电常数实部谱图存在明显的对应性。根据电荷平均受陷阱时间和陷阱深度的Watson经验公式,结合相均体电荷密度频率谱变换,进行了空间电荷与陷阱的关联性研究。分析发现,试样表面侧异极性电荷和同极性电荷积累分别来自杂质解离和电荷注入。此外,电介质中的电荷输运过程对介电响应有重要影响。最终,基于宽频正弦场下相均体电荷密度频率谱变换,提出了新的陷阱评估方法,并验证了该方法的有效性。该方法显示了宽频正弦场下空间电荷响应与陷阱分布的初步关联,具有良好的发展前景。 The trap distribution in the dielectric is the key factor affecting the space charge transport process,which needs to be accurately evaluated.In this paper,the space charge of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) under 0.1 mHz~10 kHz sinusoidal field were detected.Combined with the change of crystallinity and infrared spectroscopy of samples,a new method of trap assessment based on space charge response under broadband sinusoidal field was proposed.The results showed that the accumulation of heteropolar charge were observed on the surface of samples under high frequency fields,and homopolar charge increased under low frequency fields.In the range of 0.1 mHz~10 kHz,there was obvious correspondence between the frequency spectrum of the average phase charge density and the real part of the complex dielectric constant in the trend.According to the empirical formula of the average trapping time of charge and the trap depth in the Watson theory,combined with the frequency spectrum transform of the average phase charge density,the correlation between space charge and trap was studied.It was found that the heteropolar and homopolar charges on the surface of the sample were caused by impurity dissociation and charge injection,respectively.In addition,the charge transport process in the dielectric had an important effect on the dielectric response.Finally,a new method for trap evaluation based on space charge response under broadband sinusoidal field was proposed,and the effectiveness of this method was verified.This method shows the preliminary correlation between space charge response under broadband sinusoidal field and trap distribution,which has a good development prospect.
