摘要
通过三元乙丙橡胶片状试样在100℃和200℃常压环境下分别18h热处理后,对试样中副产物含量、交流击穿场强、陷阱参数和空间电荷等特性进行检测和对比,研究热处理温度对乙丙橡胶交流电场特性的影响。检测结果表明:试样中主要杂质含量和空间电荷量随热处理温度上升而减少,其中100℃处理后击穿场强、陷阱能级变化不大,200℃处理后击穿场强下降11%,深能级陷阱密度大幅上升。击穿场强和陷阱密度的变化趋势表明,100℃处理后绝缘性能无明显变化,但200℃热处理后绝缘已明显老化。未处理试样中半导电电极侧和铝电极侧分别表现为明显的异极性电荷和同极性电荷积累,且在交流电场180°区域未出现明显的电荷积累;200℃处理后的老化试样在两电极侧区域均为同极性电荷积累,且铝电极侧在交流电场180°区域出现了显著的负极性电荷积累。根据空间电荷等密度线扩散趋势和不同类型电荷在正、负半周电场下的迁移方向,可以推测电极侧的同极性电荷主要源自电极注入,异极性电荷主要源自杂质解离形成的离子。交流电场180°区域的负极性空间电荷积累,可能与200℃处理后试样老化导致的0.72~0.95eV范围内的陷阱大量形成相关,正半周内注入电荷被深陷阱大量俘获,且在10ms半周期内无法快速脱陷,残留至负半周。
In this paper,the influence of thermal treatment temperature on the characteristics of ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)under AC field was studied by detecting and comparing the by-product content,AC breakdown strength,trap parameters and space charge behavior of EPDM after 18 h treatment at 100℃and 200℃.The test results show that the main impurity content and space charge amount in the sample decrease with the increase of thermal treatment temperature.The breakdown strength and trap level change a little after 100℃treatment,while the breakdown strength decreases 11%and the deep trap density significantly increases after 200℃treatment.It means that obviously aged occurs after 200℃treatment.In unaged samples,obvious heterocharge and homocharge accumulates respectively at the semi-conducting electrode side and the aluminum electrode side.After being treated at 200℃,homocharge accumulates on both sides.The aluminum electrode side shows significant negative charge accumulation in 180°region.According to the diffusion trend and the migration direction of different types of carriers under the positive and negative half-cycle electric fields,it can be inferred that the homocharge accumulating at the electrode side is mainly from the electrode injection,while the heterocharge is mainly from the ions formed by impurity dissociation.According to the isothermal relaxation spectrum,the accumulation of negative space charges in 180°region may be related to the formation of traps in the 0.72~0.95 eV range caused by the sample aging after thermal treatment at 200℃.The injected charge in the positive half cycle is captured by numerous deep traps,and it cannot rapidly escape within 10 ms,reserving till the negative half cycle.
