摘要
为有效处理带材存在的一些波浪以及翘曲等缺陷,需要积极将拉弯矫直机(简称拉矫机)应用到不锈钢带材的实际生产制造中。近年来,由于出现了冷轧不锈钢连轧机,部分生产厂家生产出了两种不同工艺类型的带材板型,给拉矫机造成了一定影响。基于此,对不同工艺的冷轧板型对酸洗拉矫的影响进行重点分析,期望能够为相关研究提供借鉴。
In order to effectively deal with some defects such as wave and warping,it is necessary to actively apply tension leveler to the actual production of stainless steel strip.In recent years,due to the appearance of cold rolling stainless steel continuous rolling mill,some manufacturers have produced two kinds of strip shape with different technological types,which has also affected the tension leveler.Based on this,this paper focuses on the analysis of the influence of different cold-rolled plate shapes on the pickling tension straightening,hoping to provide reference for relevant researchers.
