摘要
通过对矫直单元工作辊在带材的摩擦力作用下所能达到的最大角加速度进行分析,导出了带材在拉伸弯曲作用下,工作辊在没有发生打滑前提下所能达到的最大加速度计算公式,并通过绘制曲线的方式揭示了应力系数及带材包角对带材打滑的影响,从而为拉弯矫直机的优化设计和料卷生产时带材打滑的处理提供了依据。
In this paper,the maximum angular acceleration of the work roll of straightening unit under the action of the friction of the strip is analyzed,and the formula for calculating the maximum angular acceleration of the work roll under the action of stretching and bending of the strip without slipping is derived.The influence of stress coefficient and wrap Angle on strip skid is revealed by drawing curve,which provides a basis for optimal design of stretching-bending straightener and treatment of strip skid during coiling production.
