摘要
通过对带材受力的分析,导出了拉伸弯曲作用下带材所受工作辊作用力的计算公式,并通过绘制曲线的方式明确了工作辊中心高H、应力系数λ、带材厚度h、带材塑性变形渗透率K塑对工作辊作用力的影响,从而为拉弯矫直机的优化设计和生产工艺提供依据。
In this paper,the force formulas is derived based on the force analysis of the strip under the action of tensile bending. By drawing the curve,the influence of the work roll center( H),the stress coefficient( λ),the thickness of strip( h) and the plastic deformation permeability to the working roll force is clarified. This provides the basis for the optimization design and production process of the tension leveler.
