摘要
目的探讨纤维喉镜与支撑喉镜对声带息肉患者临床效果疗效及情绪评分负面情绪的影响。方法选定本院2018年1月~2020年1月住院治疗的130例声带息肉患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组65例患者予以纤维喉镜治疗,观察组65例患者予以支撑喉镜治疗,两组患者在术后均接受心理干预。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、并发症发生率、复发率,及治疗前后的嗓音声学参数、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果(1)观察组患者临床总有效率(96.92%)高于对照组(81.54%)(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率(15.38%)高于对照组(3.08%)(P<0.05);观察组患者的复发率(1.54%)低于对照组(10.77%)(P<0.05)。(2)观察组患者治疗后谐噪比(HNR)、信噪比(SNR)均高于对照组,Jitter、Shimmer低于对照组。(3)治疗后观察组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论支撑喉镜可有效改善声带息肉患者临床症状、嗓音声学功能,缓解患者负面情绪,降低复发率,改善患者预后,但并发症相对较多,应当引起临床重视。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of fiberlaryngoscope and supporting laryngoscope on clinical efficacy and negative emotion of patients with vocal cord polyp.Methods A total of 130 patients with vocal cord polyps hospitalized in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group(65cases)were treated with fiberlaryngoscope,and the observation group(65cases)were treated with support laryngoscope.Both groups received psychological intervention after surgery.The clinical efficacy,incidence of complications,the recurrence rate,and voice acoustic parameters,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results(1)The total effective rate in the observation group(96.92%)was higher than that in the control group(81.54%)(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(15.38%)was higher than that in the control group(3.08%)(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group(1.54%)was lower than that in the control group(10.77%)(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the HNR and SNR in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the Jitter and Shimmer were lower than those in the control group.(3)After treatment,SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Supporting laryngoscope can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and vocal acoustic function of patients with vocal cord polyps,relieve the negative emotions,reduce the recurrence rate,and improve their prognosis.However,there are relatively many complications,which should be paid clinical attention.
