摘要
目的:观察基于微信平台的同伴教育在获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取62例AIDS患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各31例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于微信平台的同伴教育,比较两组干预后服药依从性、负性情绪[贝克焦虑量表(BAI)、贝克抑郁量表(BDI)]评分和自我管理能力评分。结果:干预后,观察组服药依从性为96.77%,高于对照组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组BAI、BDI评分均低于对照组,自我管理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规健康教育基础上应用基于微信平台的同伴教育可提高AIDS患者的服药依从性和自我管理能力,减轻其负性情绪,效果优于单纯常规健康教育。
Objective:To observe application effect of peer education based on WeChat platform in acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients.Methods:62 AIDS patients were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional health education intervention,while the observation group was given the peer education intervention based on the WeChat platform on the basis of that of the control group.The medication compliance,the negative emotion[Baker anxiety inventory(BAI),Beck depression inventory(BDI)]scores and the self-management ability score were compared between the two groups after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the medication compliance of the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than 74.19%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BAI and BDI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the self-management ability scores were higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of conventional health education,the application of peer education based on the WeChat platform can improve the medication compliance and the self-management abilities of the AIDS patients,and reduce their negative emotions.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional health education.
