摘要
在冷库保温层改造过程中,保温层的施工面积非常重要,不仅关系到改造后的节能效果,而且影响项目投资成本。本文针对一座既有冷库选取XPS(硬质聚苯乙烯挤塑板)作为保温材料对保温层进行加厚改造:首先通过传热计算确定保温层改造厚度,分析改造前后的耗冷量;然后采用年金现值法对不同改造面积的投资回收年限进行分析。结果表明,施工面积为3000 m^(2)左右时,在不同的回收年限下净收益都会达到最大值。
In the transformation process of insulation layer of cold storage,the construction area of insulation layer is very important,which not only relates to the energysaving effect after the transformation,but also affects the project investment cost.In this study,XPS(hard polystyrene extrusion plate)is selected as the insulation material to thicken the insulation layers of one old cold storage.The thicknesses of the insulation layers are determined by heat transfer calculation,the cold consumptions before and after the transformation are analyzed,and then the annuity present value method is used to analyze the investment payback period by changing the different transformation areas.It is found that when the construction area is about 3000 m^(2),the net income will reach the maximum under different payback periods.
