摘要
针对冷库保温结构进行研究,建立了冻藏库保温结构研究模型并运用该模型对冷库冻藏库保温结构传热性能进行分析;根据分析结果在原有技术基础上进行了改进,改进技术采用两种保温材料(聚氨酯和聚苯块)相结合的结构;将改进技术与原有技术进行了比较;分析结果表明,改进技术初投资和原有技术相比,处于中层水平;但其经济效益和保温效果明显提高,有效克服已有技术的缺点,降低了维护费用.
This paper studied on the cold store thermodynamic insulation. Established the model to analysis on it (taken frozen pack storage as an example). The structure of the thermodynamic insulation of cold store combined the polyurethanes or EPS board together. Compared the classical cold store thermodynamic insulation with the improved techniques. The results suggested the new techniques have normal initial invest period, better effect and lower maintain fee.
