摘要
良好的组织凝聚力对高校共青团发挥思想引领、组织动员、服务青年、维护青年权益这四大基本职能有重要的促进作用。通过问卷调查,文章就当前高校共青团凝聚力建设工作中存在的问题进行总结分析,提出通过加强高校共青团服务水平、细化工作手段和发挥教育引领等措施,在共青团和青年学生群体互动过程中实现组织凝聚力的有效提升,这也是当前高校共青团开展青年工作的关键。
Good organizational cohesion plays an important role in promoting the four basic functions of the Communist Youth League in universities:ideological guidance,organization,serving the youth and safeguarding the rights and interests of the youth.This empirical study analyzes the problems in the construction of organizational cohesion of the Communist Youth League in universities by questionnaire survey and proposes some measures,which include strengthening the service level,refining work methods and playing the leading role of education to achieve the goal of effectively promoting the organizational cohesion in the interactive process between the Communist Youth League and young student groups,which is also the key to the youth work of the Communist Youth League in universities.
