摘要
目的:观察调盆稳脊法治疗骶髂关节紊乱症的临床疗效。方法:80例骶髂关节紊乱患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规牵引配合推拿治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予"骨正筋柔"理论为指导的调盆稳脊法治疗。治疗后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、日本骨科学会(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)腰功能评分、Oswestry功能指数(Oswestry disability index score,ODI)评分。结果:观察组有效率为92.5%,显著高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组VAS为(1.6±1.3)分,显著低于对照组的(2.5±1.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者JOA腰功能评分均低于治疗前,观察组治疗后JOA腰功能评分均低于对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组ODI评分为(5.8±0.7)分,显著低于对照组的(10.2±2.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以"骨正筋柔"理论为指导的调盆稳脊法治疗骶髂关节紊乱症疗效显著,可降低VAS、JOA腰功能评分、ODI评分。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tiao Pen Wen Ji method in the treatment of sacroiliac joint disorders.Methods:80 patients with sacroiliac joint disorders were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional traction combined with massage therapy,and the observation group was given the treatment of Tiao Pen Wen Ji based on the treatment of the control group based on the theory of "Gu Zheng Jin Rou ".After treatment,the clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA) lumbar function score,and Oswestry disability index score(ODI) score were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than 72.5% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS of the observation group was(1.6±1.3) points,which was significantly lower than the(2.5±1.5) points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the JOA lumbar function scores of the two groups of patients were lower than those before treatment,and the JOA lumbar function scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the ODI score of the observation group was(5.8±0.7) points,which was significantly lower than the(10.2±2.8) points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of Tiao Pen Wen Ji guided by the theory of "Gu Zheng Rou Jin" is effective in treating sacroiliac joint disorders,and can reduce VAS,JOA lumbar function scores,and ODI scores.
