摘要
随着21世纪互联网技术突飞猛进的发展,各类自媒体的出现正在深刻改变着大学生的学习与生活方式。自媒体的广泛应用为高校基层党建工作的开展提供了崭新的思路和机遇,有利于提高高校基层党建工作的效率,推进高校基层党建工作的人性化,创新高校基层党建工作的内容与形式,但也对高校基层党建工作造成了很大的冲击。为了适应时代发展,使各类自媒体成为高校基层党建工作的全新载体,高校需创新党建理念,在基层党建工作中融入自媒体思维;加强信仰教育,强化党建自媒体的舆论引导作用;重视队伍建设,加强党建自媒体工作者的能力建设;改革党建模式,提升党建自媒体的影响力。
With the rapid development of Internet technology in the 21st century,the emergence of various types of self-media is profoundly changing the study and lifestyle of college students.The wide application of self-media provides new ideas and opportunities for the development of basic-level party building work in colleges and universities,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of basic-level party building work in colleges and universities,promoting the humanization of basic-level party building work in colleges and universities,and innovating the content and form of basic-level party building work in colleges and universities.At the same time,it has caused a great impact on the party building work at the grassroots level in colleges and universities.In order to adapt to the development of the times and make all kinds of self-media become a new carrier for the grassroots party building work of colleges and universities,colleges and universities need to innovate the concept of party building,incorporate self-media thinking into the grassroots party building work;strengthen belief education,and strengthen the guiding role of the party building self-media in public opinion;value the team Building,strengthen the capacity building of party building self-media workers;reform the party building model,and enhance the influence of party building self-media.
