摘要
目的 研究针刺配合雾化治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床意义。方法 采用针刺配合雾化治疗腰椎间盘突出症 51例 ,并与单纯雾化治疗对照 ,进行疗效分析。结果 针刺加雾化组治愈显效率为 86% ,单纯雾化组治愈显效率为 69% ,两组差异有显著性 (P值 <0 .0 5)。针刺加雾化组治疗次数明显减少 ,疗程缩短 (P值 <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 对腰椎间盘突出症病人采用针刺治疗有明显强化雾化治疗效果的作用。如能在雾化前针刺 ,即针刺后立即施行雾化治疗 ,疗效更佳。可在短期内缓解证状 ,缩短疗程 ,促进后期的康复。
Objective In order to study clincal significance the acupuncture and atomizatiou for hermiation oflumbar interverrebral. Methods 51 cases with on lumbar disk hermiation were tveated with acupunctuve and atomazation,and control group with were only administered with atemization, by analysis on the carative effect. Results The cure-remarkable rate of treatment group was 86% ,the care-remarkable rate of confrol was 69%(P<0.05) .Both the treating times and course of treatment of the treatment group wore lower (P<0.01). Conclusion The acupuncture is strengthen the clinical effect of atomization therapy. The atomization were executed immediately after by acupunctured,curative effect is better.Mitigated symptom of a ditsease in a short time,shorten the course of diseast,promoth restored to health of the patients.
