摘要
为了提升航空发动机盘类零件成形质量,同时节省设计预成形坯料的时间,提出一种将盘类件成形共性问题与自动化程序结合的智能方法。首先对盘类零件的成形规律进行总结,其次对它的主要成形方式镦粗成形的变形量规律进行研究,然后对盘形件的荒坯进行分段设计,并将这种荒坯设计方法利用Matlab软件编写算法形成代码,应用该算法所生成的荒坯进行模拟验证,再对此荒坯形状进行局部优化并将其应用到实际锻造生产中。研究结果表明:此算法能自动并快速生成相应锻件的荒坯形状,并且它能使锻件大部分部位满足变形量要求。使用局部优化后的荒坯进行实际锻造生产后的锻件在理化检测和性能分析上均能满足质量要求。
In order to improve the forming quality of aero-engine disc parts and save the time of designing preform blanks, an intelligent method of combining common problems of disc parts formed with automated procedures was proposed. Firstly, the forming law of disc parts was summarized. Secondly, deformation law of upsetting forming which was the main forming method of it was studied. Then, the blanks of disc parts were designed in sections.The design method used to Matlab software to write the algorithm to form the code, and then the blank generated by the algorithm was used for simulation verification, and then the shape of the blank was partially optimized and applied to the actual forging production. The results show that this algorithm can automatically and quickly generate the blank shape of the corresponding forgings, and it can make most of the forgings meet the deformation requirements. The physical and chemical testing and performance analysis of the forgings produced by using the partially optimized blanks can meet the quality requirements.
