摘要
对TC17合金整体叶盘的锻件图、锻造毛坯的形状和模具结构及等温锻造工艺进行了研究,结果表明采用等温锻造工艺可生产出表面光洁、外形尺寸精确的钛合金整体叶盘等温锻件,锻件将叶盘和叶片作为一个整体,达到了设计减重的要求。锻件金属流线分布合理,组织、性能满足要求。
The drawing , forging roughcast, mold's structure and isothermal forging's technology of TC17 alloy blisk are studied . It is shown that the titanium alloy blisk that surface is glabrous and the dimension of form is precise can be produced. The blisk combined vanes with tray, and it made the forging lighten. The flown line's distributing of forging is logical, and the forging's structure and capability are eligible.
