摘要
采用等温β锻工艺试制了TC17合金整体叶盘锻件。测试了锻件的组织性能,分析了采用β锻工艺生产TC17合金整体叶盘的可行性。确定了TC17合金等温β锻工艺的主要工艺参数:坯料加热温度为915℃,最终锻件变形量50%,变形速度0.3 mm/s。
The blisk forgings of TC17 alloy were developed by isothermal β forging process. The microstructure and properties of the forgings were tested. The feasibility of the TC17 alloy blisk produced by using isothermalβ forging process was analyzed. The main technological parameters of TC17 alloy isothermalβ forging process were confirmed. That is the heating temperature of 915 ℃, deformation of the final forging of 50%, and deformation rate of 0.3 mm/s.
