摘要
在工程总承包模式下,市政雨污水管网项目因技术方案较为成熟、施工技术难度不大,实践中多采用EPC总承包模式。论文从市政雨污水管网项目EPC建设模式出发,探讨、分析在设计环节投资控制方面存在的问题,并对项目实施过程中如何提高投资控制水平提出对策。
Under the mode of general contracting of engineering, the engineering-proceurement-construction(EPC) mode is often adopted in practice for the projects of municipal rain sewage pipeline network due to the relatively mature technical scheme and maneuverable construction technology. This paper discusses and analyzes the problems existing in investment control in the design part of the rain sewage pipeline network EPC projects, and puts forward countermeasures to improve the level of investment control in the process of project implementation.
