摘要
为研究黏土砖细骨料取代率对再生砂浆施工性能的影响,试验对不同水灰比、取代率的再生砂浆的流动性、保水性和抗压强度进行研究。试验结果表明,高水灰比的再生砂浆的保水性明显优于低水灰比的再生砂浆。当黏土砖细骨料取代率控制在50%时,可大幅度提高再生砂浆的保水性,使得保水性满足实际施工要求。虽然细骨料取代率较高,但是在此取代率下砂浆的强度削弱较少,同时再生砂浆的损失强度可以通过适当降低水灰比得到弥补,此时适宜水灰比为0.58。在取代率为50%、水灰比为0.58时制备的M10再生砂浆的抗压强度、流动性均满足机械化喷射施工的要求。
In order to study the effect of clay brick fine aggregate replacement rate on the construction performance of recycled mortar, the fluidity, water retention and compressive strength of recycled mortar with different water cement ratio and replacement rate were studied. The test results show that the water retention of recycled mortar with high water cement ratio is significantly better than that of recycled mortar with low water cement ratio. When the replacement rate of clay brick fine aggregate is controlled at 50%, the water retention of recycled mortar can be greatly improved, so that the water retention meets the actual construction requirements. Although the replacement rate of fine aggregate is high, the strength of mortar under this replacement rate is less. At the same time, the loss strength of recycled mortar can be compensated by appropriately reducing the water cement ratio, and the suitable water cement ratio is 0.58. The compressive strength and fluidity of M10 recycled mortar prepared at the substitution rate of 50% and water-cement ratio of 0.58 meet there quirements of mechanized spray construction.
