摘要
由相机、镜头及工作平台组成的视觉系统是机器视觉工程应用的基础,而相机系统的参数标定更是实现机器视觉测量等工作的前提。为使专业学位硕士研究生在机器视觉课程学习过程中切实掌握机器视觉工程应用的基础,增强实践能力,将单目相机的视觉标定技术做成详细的案例形式,以提高专业学位研究生的学习效果。首先,搭建了单目相机视觉系统硬件实验平台,为图像采集及目标物视觉测量提供硬件支撑;其次,分析了单目视觉系统模型、坐标变换及标定参数构成;最后,利用Halcon程序实现了标定板描述文件生成、相机参数标定和标定参数存储过程,完成了被测目标图像的视觉校正及视觉测量任务。通过相机参数标定及图像校正实验,验证了视觉测量精度的可靠性。
The vision system composed by camera,lens and working platform is the foundation of machine vision engineering application,and the parameter calibration of camera system is the premise of machine vision measurement.In order to make the professional degree master graduate students know well the foundation of machine vision engineering application in the learning process of machine vision course and enhance their practical ability,the visual calibration technology of monocular camera is made into a detailed case form to improve the learning effect of the professional degree master graduate students.Firstly,the hardware experimental platform of monocular camera vision system is built to provide hardware support for image acquisition and vision measurement of target objects.Secondly,the monocular vision system model,coordinate transformation and calibration parameters are analyzed.Finally,Halcon program is used to realize the generation of calibration board description file,calibration process and storage of camera parameters,and the vision correction and visual measurement tasks of the measured target image are completed.Through camera parameter calibration and image correction experiments,the reliability of vision measurement accuracy is verified.
