摘要
目的了解肿瘤科护士叙事护理的认知、态度及行为现状,探讨肿瘤科叙事护理知识、态度、行为的影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、叙事护理知信行问卷对乌鲁木齐5所三级甲等综合医院492名护士进行调查。结果肿瘤科护士的叙事护理知信行总分(86.73±10.15)分,其中知识(24.01±3.83)分、态度(32.19±4.45)分、行为(30.52±4.73)分。仅47.15%肿瘤科护理人员知晓叙事护理。多重线性回归分析显示,年龄、学历、职称是叙事护理知识的影响因素;学历、职称是叙事护理态度的影响因素;护龄是叙事护理行为的影响因素:护龄、学历、职称是叙事护理知信行的影响因素(均P<0.05)共同解释其14.8%的变异。结论肿瘤科护士的叙事护理知晓率不高,其知信行得分处于中等水平,行为得分相对较低,出现知而不行的局面。护理管理者需要采取措施加强对叙事护理的宣传和培训。同时,根据科室护士的特质进行针对性的培训,提高护士对叙事护理的认知,并将其转化为行动,促进临床有效的开展叙事护理。
Objective To investigate the status quo of narrative nursing knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of nurses in an oncology department,analyse the correlation between KAP,and explore the factors that influence the narrative nursing-related knowledge,attitude and behaviour of the oncology department.Methods General information questionnaire and narrative nursing KAP questionnaire were used to do the survey among 492 nurses in 5 general hospitals in Urumqi.Results The total score of narrative nursing-related KAP was 86.73±10.15.The scores on KAP was 24.01±3.83,32.19±4.45 and 30.52±4.73,respectively.Only 47.15%of them knew about narrative nursing.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that age,education and professional grade were the influencing factors of the score in narrative nursing-related knowledge.Education and professional grade were the influencing factors in narrative nursing-related attitude,and the length of career was the influencing factor in narrative nursing-related behaviour(P<0.05).The length of career,professional grade and educatron were the influencing factors of total score(14.8%).Conclusion There are a low awareness rate in narrative nursing and a moderate level of KAP among the oncology nurses,hence resulting a lower level in nursing practice that appeares as“aware but not practice”.Measures should be taken to improve the promotion and training of narrative. Targeted training according to the characteristics of oncological nurses is necessary.
