摘要
电机转矩脉动会导致电力传动系统控制特性和系统可靠性的降低,同时造成机械振动、噪声和谐振等问题。针对更为严格的应用要求,本文提出了内模控制与无迹卡尔曼滤波算法相结合的控制方式。在内模控制与双闭环控制相结合的基础上加入无迹卡尔曼滤波,电流环和转速环采用内模PI控制,反馈信号采用无迹卡尔曼滤波进行处理。实验结果表明:驱动系统在转矩脉动抑制方面与传统双闭环PI控制系统相比,效果显著。
Motor torque ripple can cause problems in the control characteristics and system reliability of the electric drive system,as well as mechanical vibration,noise and resonance.Aiming at more stringent application requirements,a control method combining internal model control and unscented Kalman filter algorithm is proposed.On the basis of the combination of internal model control and double closed loop control,the unscented Kalman filter is added.The current loop and the speed loop are controlled by the internal model PI,and the feedback signal is processed by the unscented Kalman filter.The experimental results show that the drive system has a significant effect on torque ripple suppression compared with the traditional double closed-loop PI control system.
