摘要
垃圾焚烧炉的运行过程受到众多因素的影响,焚烧过程的不稳定将导致产生大量新的有害物质,为了确保垃圾的清洁燃烧需要将整个炉膛的温度控制在一定范围之内。该文针对循环流化床垃圾焚烧炉,取炉膛上部和下部两个温度变量作为被控量,采用多变量内模控制的策略,实现了输出变量之间的解耦,保证了全炉膛温度的稳定。文中给出了控制器的设计过程,并分析了控制器稳定的条件。对所设计的多变量内模控制器进行了仿真验证,仿真结果表明所采用的控制策略是有效的。
The combustion process in incinerators is affected by many factors with unstable combustion generating harmful emissions.The clean combustion of wastes in incinerators requires the entire furnace temperature to be controlled in a certain range.This describes a control system for a circulating fluidized bed incinerator where the top and bottom furnace temperatures are used as the output variables.A multivariable internal mode controller was designed for the incinerator to give stable operation.Simulations show that the output variables are decoupled in the controller and the control system has good transient control performance.
