摘要
我厂有两套数据库服务器,均采用施耐德M580系列PLC控制系统。其中一套实现制水系统、氨区系统、中和池系统、外供系统数据的集中管理,另一套为输煤系统和煤场管理系统提供数据集中管理。基于电厂在多控制器系统中数据库服务器的使用,本文介绍了数据库服务器在多控制器PLC控制过程中的应用,实现了多系统的集中控制。具有数据刷新快,各系统数据同步更新,系统稳定等特点,在生产中值得我们持续拓展使用。
We have two sets of database servers,both using Schneider M580 system PLC control system.One realizes the centralized management of water production system,ammonia area system,neutralization pool system and external supply system,and the other provides data centralized management for coal transmission system and coal field management system.Based on the use of database server in power plant in multi-controller system,this paper introduces the application of database server in multi-controller PLC control process and realizes the centralized control of multi-system.With the characteristics of fast data refresh,synchronous data update and system stability,it is worth our continuous expansion and use in production.
