摘要
采用文献分析法,探讨工业大数据的应用可能在我国制造企业引起的技术、个人与组织变革;同时挖掘可能影响这一系列变革的阻碍因素。为解决工业大数据实施过程中的变革阻力,提出四类变革干预措施并构建制造企业变革管理模型。相关成果可为制造企业基于工业大数据的信息化建设提供理论依据和参考。
By means of literature analysis method,this paper explores the technological,individual and organizational changes that caused by the application of industrial big data in China's manufacturing enterprises.Meanwhile,obstacles affected by a series of changes are also investigated.In order to solve the resistance in the implementation of industrial big data,four types of intervention,are proposed and a change management model for manufacturing enterprises is developed in this paper.The results can provide theoretical basis and reference for the information construction of manufacturing enterprises based on industrial big data.
