摘要
现阶段,社会经济不断进步,技术水平提升,汽车数量增加侧面说明汽车生产效率提升,在汽车行业技术中发动机是其中最重要的零部件,起着核心作用,将其比作人体组织中的一部分,类似于汽车的心脏,发动机设备设计的紧密性,对汽车质量产生直接影响,在其实际生产过程中,最终精度的显示是装配过程,因此其重要程度有所凸显。本文通过对数据分析在发动机装配线产能提升中的应用进行分析,促进发动机装配线产能有效提升。
At this stage,the continuous progress of social economy,technological level,the increase in the number of cars side-byside indicates that the automobile production efficiency,in the automotive industry technology,the engine is one of the most important components,plays a central role,like it is like a part of human tissue,similar to the heart of the car,the tightness of the engine equipment design,has a direct impact on the quality of the car,in its actual production process,the final accuracy of the display is the assembly process,so its importance is highlighted.In this paper,the application of data analysis in the engine assembly line capacity enhancement is analyzed to promote the effective increase of engine assembly line capacity.
