某纤维制造有限公司职业病危害现状调查与分析

摘要 目的:分析某纤维制造有限公司存在的主要职业病危害因素,评估该企业职业病危害防护措施效果。方法:选取某纤维制造有限公司作为研究对象,采取卫生调查分析、工作场所职业病危害因素检测评价、工人的职业健康检查及风险评估等方法进行综合评价。结果:该企业存在二硫化碳、硫化氢、硫酸、氢氧化钠和噪声等职业病危害因素,检测结果表明工作场所二硫化碳存在超标的岗位,工人职业健康体检结果存在相关异常;风险评估结果提示,除精炼岗的二硫化碳风险等级为中等风险等级外,压榨岗的氢氧化钠,磺化岗的二硫化碳,纺丝岗的二硫化碳、硫酸、硫化氢,精炼岗的氢氧化钠、硫化氢等风险等级均为高风险。结论:该企业在职业病危害防护措施方面存在一定的不足,需要企业进一步加强职业卫生管理。 Objective:To analyze the main factors of occupational disease hazards in a fiber manufacturing company and evaluate the effect of occupational disease prevention measures.Methods:A fiber manufacturing company was selected as the research object,and the comprehensive evaluation was carried out by means of sanitary investigation and analysis,detection and evaluation of occupational hazard factors in the workplace,occupational health examination and risk assessment of workers.Results:The enterprise has carbon disulfide,hydrogen sulfide,sulfuric acid,sodium hydroxide and noise and other occupational hazards factors,the detection results show that there are excessive carbon disulfide positions in the workplace,workers occupational health examination results there are related abnormalities;The risk assessment results indicate that the risk grade of carbon disulfide of refining post is medium risk grade,the risk grade of sodium hydroxide of pressing post,carbon disulfide of sulfonated post,carbon disulfide of spinning post,sulfuric acid and hydrogen sulfide,and the risk grade of sodium hydroxide and hydrogen sulfide of refining post are high risk grade.Conclusion:There are some deficiencies in the prevention measures of occupational hazards in the enterprise,and it is necessary for the enterprise to further strengthen the occupational health management.
