摘要
目的:通过分析某生活垃圾发电企业职业病危害防护现状,为企业开展职业病防护工作提供对策建议。方法:对企业进行职业卫生调查,对工作场所进行检测与评价。结果:主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、汞、铅烟、铬及其化合物、镉及其化合物、氨、氟化氢、硫化氢、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、氯化氢、氢氧化钠、噪声、高温等,其中锅炉值班员和电气值班员接触噪声强度超标,其他岗位接触危害因素符合国家标准。结论:用人单位职业病危害风险分类为“职业病危害严重”类别,采取的各职业病危害防护措施基本符合相关法律法规要求,应进一步制定完善的职业卫生管理制度,加强职业病防护设施维护,补充完善应急救援设施、职业健康监护、职业卫生培训相关内容。
Objective:by analyzing the current situation of occupational disease prevention in a domestic waste power generation enterprise,to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the enterprise to carry out the work of occupational disease prevention.Methods:To investigate the occupational health of enterprises,and to test and evaluate the workplace.Results:the main occupational hazard factors were dust,mercury,lead smoke,chromium and its compounds,cadmium and its compounds,ammonia,hydrogen fluoride,hydrogen sulfide,carbon monoxide,nitrogen dioxide,sulfur dioxide,hydrogen chloride,sodium hydroxide,noise,high temperature,etc.among them,the noise intensity of boiler watchman and electric gas watchman exceeded the standard,and other occupational hazard factors met the national standard.Conclusion:the employer's occupational hazard risk is classified as“serious occupational hazard”,and the measures taken to protect occupational hazards basically meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.It is necessary to further develop a sound occupational health management system,strengthen the maintenance of occupational disease protection facilities,and supplement and improve the emergency rescue facilities,occupational health monitoring and occupational health training.
